By commissioning me you agree to the following terms and conditions, please read before commissioning!Refusing to follow these conditions will lead to blacklisting.
❥ I have the right to turn down any commission, regardless of reasoning. Requesting a commission or being added to my ping list does not guarantee a slot!❥ If reposting my work, give proper credit in descriptions. DO NOT claim my work to be your own, or remove my signatures/watermarks!❥ Turn-around times are ESTIMATES if communication is clear and consistent!❥ I work a full-time job and create in my free time, if you are not comfortable with this please do not purchase custom artwork! Pre-made art from my shop will fit your needs much better!
❥ Quotes are always free and can be requested at any time! If pricing gets updated, you will have to request a new quote as the previous will be invalid.❥ I only accept payments through PayPal Invoices outside of sale websites.❥ Payment is expected first! I will not begin work until the commission is paid in full.❥ Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment. I may edit any concept art to be re-used.❥ Refunds are only available if an art piece is delayed on my end past 2 months, without prior agreement!
If art is delayed from commissioner's inconsistent communication, full refunds will not be available.❥ Completed artwork can not be refunded.
❥ Once I receive payment in full, I will provide updates of major stages in my art process! For example;
sketch, edits, lines, color, shading, etc. Each stage will need to be approved by commissioner before progress will continue.
Slow responses may delay your commission!❥ Please feel free to request updates outside of the provided major stages! Though, keep in mind continuous spam (multiple messages in one day & daily update requests) after warning will lead to your order being canceled and possible blacklisting.❥ If you need any edits made please speak up when approving stages! I will only make major edits during the beginning phases.
(this does not include mistakes, those will be fixed regardless!)❥ Finished digital artwork will be sent as a PNG through email, and/or sent through sale website.
❥ LPS Customs are NOT toys! They are a OOAK handmade figures, and should be handled delicately! Keep away from harsh cleaners, and fully dry if wet. Though I do attempt to make my customs as durable as possible, they are prone to damage if mishandled.❥ I cannot guarantee paint colors will be a perfect match to your character's reference!❥ LPS Customs do not have any estimated turn-around times due to the many variables during the process.❥ Once I receive payment in full, I will order bases if necessary. If shipping is not included in your order, it will be charged separately after completion of the custom.
Your custom will not be shipped until I receive the funds.❥ All LPS Customs include tracked shipping!❥ I am not responsible for damage during shipping or lost/stolen packages.❥ If your custom does get accidentally damaged at any point, I will provide a free repair service!
